KARACHI: The futures spread increased by 123bps to 8.50 percent on the last day of the outgoing week.

Trading activities on the futures counter remained low as average daily volumes decreased by 24.4 percent to 52.14 million shares as compared to previous week’s average of 68.93 million shares.

Average daily traded value on the futures counter declined by 34.2 percent during this week and settled at Rs 1.75 billion against previous week’s Rs 2.66 billion.
