KARACHI: On Tuesday at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 16.097 billion and the number of lots traded at 12,233. Major business was contributed by Currencies through COTS amounting to PKR 5.803 billion, followed by Gold (PKR 3.127 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 2.190 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 1.692 billion), Silver (PKR 1.422 billion), Natural Gas (PKR 921.163 million), DJ (PKR 429.738 million), Platinum (PKR 270.694 million), SP 500 (PKR 166.865 million), Copper (PKR 39.930 million) and Brent (PKR 33.165 million). In Agricultural commodities, one lot of Cotton amounting to PKR 1.076 million was traded.
