Competency based means; like other functions including accounts, finance, risk, audit, marketing, engineering, IT, medical; having a defined set of skill set and a global tested qualification (like CA, CFA, CISA, FCPS) with measurable performance standards to leverage workforce engagement, well-being and productivity.
