'Hindu traders not leaving Pakistan'

The Pakistan Cotton Ginners Association has strongly condemned the false impression that minorities suffer mistreatment and termed it a conspiracy against the country. Representative of the Pakistan Cotton Ginners Association, Shahzad Ali Khan, talking to reporters here on Tuesday said that minorities enjoyed complete freedom in Pakistan and the impression that Hindu traders were leaving Pakistan was wrong.
He said that Hindus had a huge share in the ginning sector as over 230 ginning units were being run by these traders. He said that the present chairman of the Pakistan Cotton Ginners Association was Mahaish Kumar and another ginner, Jethha Raam, also remained in office about 10 years back.
