Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has announced that the gas supply to all industrial units and captive power plants in Sindh will remain suspended for two days from Saturday. The SSGC also announced that all CNG stations in the province will remain closed for two days from Friday.
"Curtailed gas supply from different gas fields has caused depletion of line pack and has resulted in low pressure in the system," the SSGC spokesperson said. "In the view of above, the gas supply to all industrial units and captive power plants in Sindh will remain closed for two days from 07:00am on Saturday, September 22, 2012 to 07:00am on Monday, September 24, 2012," he said. "All the CNG stations across the Sindh province will remain closed for two days from 09:00am on Friday, September 21, 2012 to 09:00am on Sunday, September 23, 2012," he added.
