Bears dominated the proceedings on the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities showed negative signs under the lead of hot favourite amid decrease in index. ISE Ten Index was down by 17.72 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 3,146.99 to 3,129.27 points. The overall turnover amounted to 22,600 shares as compared to previous turnover of 87,000 shares.
Total 133 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (90) closed in negative territory, 43 landed in plus column and zero company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of Engro Corporation was 10,000 shares. The volume of Fauji Cement Company was 10,000 shares. The volume of Arif Habib Corporation was 2,500 shares.
