India Thursday successfully tested a nuclear-capable, ballistic missile from an eastern military base, officials said. The surface-to-surface missile with a range of 350 kilometres was fired from a test range at Chandipur in the state of Orissa, Defence Research and Development Organisation spokesman Ravi Gupta said.
