Musa terms freezing of Shahab's bank accounts unfair

05 Oct, 2012

Syed Ali Musa Gilani, MNA, son of former prime minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, bitterly criticised the freezing of 22 bank accounts of former health minister Makhdoom Shahabuddin describing it unjust and unfair. He said that he would move a privilege motion in National Assembly on this issue. He was talking to news persons at Multan Press Club after attending the All Pakistan Photo Journalists Association Convention on Thursday.
He said that Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) itself was involved in smuggling of drugs. To a question he said that Imran Khan's Waziristn rally was merely a political stunt, otherwise he had no interest with the miseries of displaced persons, Musa Gilani added.
He said that Mian Nawaz Sharif is not a national leader. Instead, he is a provincial leader confined to Punjab. He was exploiting the situation and join hands with those elements, who were plotting to dismember the country. He had supported Sardar Akhtar Mengal's six points.
Musa said that India had agreed to stop intervention and penetration in Balochistan during the talked at Sharm-el Sheikh. He claimed that Dr Manmohan Singh was ready even to talk on Kashmir issue. Musa Gilani said: "We are ready to take the Baloch nationalists with us for resolving the Balochistan issue."
