Khalid Jadoon, a former prayer leader of a local mosque accused of altering evidence against a Christian girl Rimsha Masih, an accused in a blasphemy case, on Friday filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court (IHC), seeking a clarification whether or not the court's restraining order applied to his bail plea in the lower court. The petition was filed on the directives of the sessions court, Islamabad, on October 3. Jadoon filed his petition through his counsel Syed Wajid Gillani.
