Punjab youth festival in full swing

The Punjab Youth Festival is providing a vibrant platform to the youth to express their thoughts, expertise, and show their talent and pursue their future professional endeavours. This was stated by UAF Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan (SI) while addressing the huge gathering of a magic show at the Iqbal Auditorium.
The magic show was organised by UAF Office of the Senior Tutor under the auspicious of Punjab Youth Festival with an overwhelming participation of school students and families. Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan urged the students to show their abilities and talent on the field, besides sitting in front of the computer, TV and spending time netsurfing and on the mobile. He applauded the efforts of the participating students of various programs for making the Rabi Festival, World Space Week and Youth Festival more colorful and attractive and underscored the need for organising such events to encourage the hidden talent of the young.
Earlier Senior Tutor Dr Aslam Pervaiz in his welcome address said that under the Punjab Youth Festival, students were participating in 8 different segments and the UAF hosts 5 events and provides excellent facilities to the participating students. He said that the business plan competition, flower arrangements, drama competition, photography and poetry are being organised by his office.
