Habib Bank Limited (HBL), Pakistan's largest commercial bank, inked an agreement with Tourism Promotion Services (Pakistan) Limited, owners and operators of the Serena Hotels in Pakistan. Representing HBL at the signing ceremony were Nauman K. Dar, President and CEO, Ms Sima Kamil, Head - Retail and Consumer Banking and Aamir Kureshi, Head - Consumer Banking while Aziz Boolani, CEO and Naveed Abbas, CFO attended on behalf of Serena Hotels.
HBL would be the first bank to enter into collaboration with Serena Hotels, enabling them to offer an exclusive membership of Serena Hotels loyalty programme 'Prestige Plus' to HBL CreditCard customers offering a wide range of facilities and services. In addition, customers will be able to redeem loyalty points on the HBL CreditCard at the Serena Hotels.
Commenting on the alliance, Nauman Dar said: "We continuously strive to enrich customer experience by providing quality banking services, and this partnership with the leader in the Pakistani hospitality industry is yet another step in that direction." Sima Kamil added: "As part of our strategy to expand our product suite and offerings, we are confident that this collaboration will further augment our cards portfolio".
