Man killed; two bodies recovered

A man was killed for resisting a robbery bid in New Karachi area while two bodies stuffed in gunny bags were recovered from Mewa Shah graveyard here on Tuesday. According to police, at least two armed pillion riders tried to robbed a man in Sector 5-M, New Karachi within the precincts of Bilal colony police station.
When the man, who later identified as 35 year old Shahzad, son of Saleem, offered resistance, the unidentified bandit shot and killed him and escaped. His body was taken to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) for autopsy. Separately, bodies of the two young men, who have yet to be identified, were found from Mewa Shah Graveyard in the limit of Pak Colony police station. Police officials said both the victims were killed after kidnapping.
