Attock Refinery limited (ARL) organised an in-house one day Learning & Innovation Conference here on Tuesday, which was attended by people from different walk of life. Speaking on the occasion, M. Adil Khattak, Chief Executive Officer, ARL said that the company's core values are the guiding principles for its employees and we ensure to take all possible steps to keep these values thoroughly embedded in our organisational structure.
He said that we believe in continuous improvement and in pursuance of this objective, ARL management has been regularly organising conferences on various topics like HR, safety, operation & maintenance etc with speakers and participants from reputed organisations.
Khattak emphasised that in today's highly competitive and performance driven business climate the company cannot afford to rest on its laurels. It is with this back ground that ARL has been placing high emphasis on learning and innovation programs.-PR
