HYDERABAD: President Hyderabad Chamber of Small Traders and Small Industry Muhammad Farooq Shaikhani commended the inauguration of the new visa policy and media center by Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar from the Ministry of Interior. He hailed this initiative as a pivotal step towards fostering economic improvement, emphasizing that the government's readiness to promote trade prospects is a positive move.
Highlighting the significance of the visa system, Shaikhani stated its alignment with the needs of merchants, streamlining transportation across business sectors by reducing time and simplifying processes.
He anticipated immediate effects from this initiative, expecting a rapid surge in business and investment opportunities. He underscored how government policies, geared toward facilitating commercial relations and injecting vibrancy into the current economic landscape, signify earnest efforts.
According to President, this initiative not only attracts foreign business entities for investment in Pakistan but also prepares a welcoming environment to allure them to invest actively here.
Addressing Pakistan's foremost challenge of balancing revenue and expenditures, he stressed the need to align the visa policy with business community convenience, enabling visa processing within 24 hours. This, he believes, not only enhances trust within the foreign business community but also alleviates pressure on the national economy resulting from their investments.
