Thin business activity was witnessed on the wholesale grain market on Thursday mainly because of balanced demand and supply position, dealers said. On the grams side, Guwar Sindh and Punjab posted fresh gain of Rs 50 to Rs 12000-13000 and yellow peas Dall Canada low type picked up Rs 550 to Rs 4700 and the best quality was higher by Rs 500 to Rs 4950, they said.
Prices were unchanged on the cereals, rice and seeds sectors in process of trading, they added.
