Jamatud Dawa chief Hafiz Muhammad Saeed has filed a petition before the Lahore High Court, seeking directions for the government to move International Court of Justice against the makers of anti-Islam film. Hafiz Saeed has urged the court to direct the government to initiate proceedings before ICJ for violation of Article 18 of "Universal Declaration of Human Rights," and the anti-Islam movie makers be prosecuted and convicted for committing a crime against humanity.
