Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA) on Saturday claimed to have apprehended at least a dozen suspects affiliated with Lyari gang war and recovered eight abducted men in a targeted operation in Lyari area. A spokesman said that heavy contingent of LEAs on a tipoff conducted raid in Bihar Colony in Lyari.
During the operation, the LEA personnel detained at least 14 suspects and took them to an undisclosed location for questioning. The identities and affiliation of the detainees were not disclosed. The eight men recovered by LEAs were abducted from different parts of the city.
