Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain has strongly condemned the explosion at Peace Committee (Lashker) office in the main Dara Adam Khel Baazar. He expressed his grief and sorrow over deaths of several persons in the deadly blast in which many others sustained injuries.
Altaf said that the elements that were killing innocent people by carrying out bomb blasts were enemies of the country and humanity, and they were working on the agenda to destabilise the country. Hussain expressed sympathies with grieved families. Hussain also appealed to President Asif Zardari, Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf, and Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik to take serious notice of the blast in Darra Adam Khel. He said that the government should make every effort to provide security to the people and bring the culprits to justice.
