Nawaz terms overseas Pakistanis asset for country

Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) President and former Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has said the overseas Pakistanis are an asset for Pakistan and their valuable contributions towards nation building process are highly appreciable.
He was talking to Javed Malik, Advisor Foreign Relations, who called on him in London and briefed on the various initiatives being launched to reach out to overseas Pakistanis as well as building a positive image of Pakistan on an international stage from the PML-N platform in accordance with the vision of the party President.
Nawaz Sharif has directed the advisor to continue to work closely with overseas Pakistanis and create more opportunities for them to work closely with the party as well as play an active role in the development of Pakistan. He said the PML-N had been actively engaging with Pakistanis living overseas and Nawaz Sharif had been addressing large number of Pakistani businessmen, professionals and party supporters around the world.
The overseas initiatives were launched during the a meeting of PML-N Overseas Forum in Dubai, which was chaired by Nawaz Sharif, and since then huge gatherings have been organised in Germany and recently in Italy where thousands of people expressed their overwhelming support for PML-N.
