The Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation ISESCO has decided to award "ISESCO Prize in Science and Technology 2012" to Pakistani academician, Professor Dr Tasawar Hayat. This award is being awarded in recognition of his outstanding contributions in the field of mathematics.
His name has also been included in the list of "ISESCO Science and Technology Laureates". The ISESCO prize would be consisted of an award of US $5,000 and a certificate on which major contributions of the prize winner are mentioned.
