KARACHI: Telecard Limited has sold the first tranche of its shareholding in Supernet Limited (GEMSPNL), comprising around 63 million shares or 51 percent of Supernet’s issued and paid-up capital, to Hallmark Company Limited (HCL).

This was announced the Company in a notice sent to Pakistan Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
