KARACHI: On Tuesday at PMEX, the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS and indices was recorded at PKR 22.017 billion and the number of lots traded was 15,539.

Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 11.930 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 4.115 billion), Silver (PKR 1.549 billion), Platinum (PKR 1.276 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 1.273 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 952.167 million), Copper (PKR 171.852 million), Natural Gas (PKR 171.735 million)DJ (PKR 154.448 million), Japan Equity (PKR 130.812 million), Palladium (PKR 105.067 million), Brent (PKR 95.234 million) and SP 500 (PKR 90.835 million).

In Agricultural commodities, 24 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 24.716 million were traded.
