According to the press statement issued here on Tuesday 91 abstracts of papers were received of which 44 have been selected for presentation. Small towns get neglected as the major effort of the state is directed towards the more glamorous large cities. Politicians and other decision makers continuously talk of making some city or another into a European prototype (Paris is the great favourite) and most of the investment is directed towards the capital cities.
