KARACHI: Asif Iqbal Paracha of Iqbal Qadir Enterprises, Faisalabad has elected Chairman Pakistan Soap Manufacturers Association (PSMA) for the year 2024-26.

Annual election of PSMA was held under the Trade Organization Rules 2013 to elect the new members of managing committee & office bearers for next two years tenure 2024-2026.

According to election committee’s announcement, Mushtaq Hussain of Chemical Industries (Pvt) Limited, D I Khan has been elected unopposed Senior Vice Chairman and Tariq Zakaria of A K Industries, Karachi as Vice Chairman.

The 12 newly elected unopposed members of Managing Committee for the term of 2024-2026 are Sheikh Hassan Munawwar, Tariq Zakaria, M Shoaib Sethi, Waseem Akhtar, Ahsan Naved, M Mushtaq Hussain, Asif Iqbal Paracha, Adnan Aziz, Muhammad Abdullah, Haseeb Ahmed, M Sajid Yaqoob and Shamoon Zaki.
