LAHORE: Lahore High Court Chief (LHC) Justice Aalia Neelum on Saturday declared three-day holidays from October 14 to 16 for the Rawalpindi bench and all district courts to facilitate smooth conduct of 23rd Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Council of heads of government scheduled to be held in Islamabad.
