ISLAMABAD: Valentina Matviyenko, the Speaker of Russia’s Federation Council of the Federal Assembly, arrived in Pakistan on Sunday on a three-day official visit, on the invitation of Chairman Senate Yousaf Raza Gilani, said an official statement.

During her stay, the visiting official is scheduled to meet the chairman Senate and other top officials here.
