APPMA delegation meets Chinese counterparts

The six-member delegation of All Pakistan Papers Merchants Association (APPMA) who is on six-day visit to China headed by Khamis Saeed Butt, had a number of productive and fruitful meetings with their Chinese Counterparts. The members of APPMA delegation include Khamis Saeed Butt Khawaja Nadeem Saeed Wayeen, Shabbir Bhatti, Muhammad Afzal, Ibrar Butt and Shoaib Khawar.
The delegation visited the offices of various Chambers of Commerce & Industry and trade associations. The delegates had meetings with the members of Chinese Paper Industry Association in Gungdong and Pakistani Consul General in China Iftikhar Anjum. The head of the APPMA delegation Khamis Saeed Butt informed the Chinese business community that Pakistani businessmen are very serious in further expanding their trade ties with China. He said that China is true friend of Pakistan and have extended matchless co-operation at all difficult times.
Khamis Saeed Butt called for sector-specific measures to expedite timely exchange of trade related information that would help business doing people of both countries to further strengthen their trade relations. He said to identify the ways to enhance co-operation between the two countries, there is a need to observe the commodity wise trade trends that would ultimately help evolve a strategy to further strengthen bilateral relations.
Khamis Saeed Butt paid rich tributes to the Pakistani Consul General in China Iftikhar Anjum for extending best co-operation to the APPMA delegation. APPMA delegation member Khawaja Nadeem Ahmad Sayeen urged the members of Chinese Paper Association to visit Pakistan for having first hand knowledge of available business opportunities.
