Saudi government to improve Hajj facilities

The government of Saudi Arabia has initiated several projects to improve existing services and provide better facilities to Hujjaj. Talking to newsmen, Fawad Amin Katib, a renounced Hajj service provider, said that the Saudi government had planned to initiate a train service between Medina and Makkah, which was likely to begin in 2014.
He said that a train service between Medina and Arafat had already been initiated which had reduced the travelling time of Hujjaj considerably. Replying to a question, he said no major untoward incident occurred during or after Hajj except few minor tariff accidents. Amin Katib praised Pakistani Hajjaj for their co-operative attitude. Hajj Company Chairman, Khalid Bin Faisal, said that the company was making efforts to provide better services to Hujjaj in future.
