Aasia Ishaque, spokesperson of APML has said on Wednesday that government is sabotaging the important verdicts of Supreme Court of Pakistan, as Apex court has reduced the prices of CNG but CNG became "missing item" for people. She said this while talking to a large number of workers of APML here at Central Information Secretariat.
Aasia Ishaque said that government is continuously sabotaging the Apex court's verdicts, giving reference of sugar prices, she said that in this case, government had also not supported the Supreme Court and implementation on decision could not be made in letter and spirit.
She said that government and CNG associations are jointly working for the creation of difficulties for the people, resulting CNG became "missing item" on CNG stations and pumps and people and transporters are facing hardships in this regard. She said that a large number of public transport had been shifted from oil to CNG in recent years so now, it's very hard for millions of commuters to get the public transport on the roads of Karachi and other big cities of country.
She said that children who used to go schools, colleges and universities, on their own vehicles or public transport are also facing severe consequences of Supreme Court's verdict which was very good for people but government and CNG associations made it "bad news".
APML central leader said that winter is on ahead and it is clear that government would through bomb of gas load shedding on the innocent people of the country to increase their problems more. Aasia said owners of public transport have not reduced transport fares despite directives of government which makes sense that "there is no government in Federal and provinces as well".-PR
