TESCO recovers Rs 10.12 million from defaulting steel mills

A spokesman for Tribal Areas Electricity Supply Company (TESCO) said that the Company has recovered Rs 10.12 million from two industrial connections in Khyber and Mohmand agencies during recovery and disconnection campaign. He said that during operation two defaulting steel furnaces Ajab Khan and Hazrat Ali Steel Mills were disconnected in Khyber and Mohmand agencies.
The spokesman said that TESCO has requested the political administration for taking strict action against the defaulters and illegal consumers under FCR. Chief Executive Officer, TESCO, Pervez Khankhel Swati directed field formations to continue the operation till recovery of outstanding arrears from defaulting industrial, commercial, irrigational and government connections.
