LDA demolishes illegal constructions

Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has demolished two constructions at two different places in the city on Thursday. According to a LDA's spokesperson, the staff of the Town planning Wing knocked down an illegally built office in Overseas Pakistanis' Foundation scheme, abutting Main Khayaban-e-Jinnah.
Another was a marriage hall constructed on plots bearing numbers 127 and 128 in block D-1 of Nespak Society was demolished, as it had also been constructed in contravention of building regulations.
