Country's future linked with general election: PML-N leader

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader Mohammad Pervez Malik has said the country's future is linked with general elections, hence; people should elect honest and capable leadership so that the country could put on the road to development and prosperity.
While addressing a gathering on PML-N activists here on Thursday, the PML-N leader said that solution of manifold problems posed to the country lied in holding free and fair elections. He added that Pakistan was passing through the most critical era, as loot and corruption of the federal rulers had ruined the national economy and the institutions were unable to provide services to the people.
He said that stability, prosperity, development and economic freedom of Pakistan were linked with elections. He said Pakistan was facing serious crisis and "it is our national and political responsibility to bring the country out of it."
He expressed the hope that people would elect such an honest and capable leadership in the coming general elections who would put the country on the road to development and prosperity. Malik said the nation would hold the corrupt rulers accountable in the general elections and recover the looted money from them. He said the PML-N leadership was determined to steer the country out of prevailing crises. He also urged the party workers to start preparations of elections and visit door to door to apprise people about message of PML-N leadership.
