After imposing 144 in Karachi, Sindh government on Thursday has under section 144 Cr P C imposed ban on following activities in District Tando Allahyar with immediate effect up to 10th Muharram-ul-Haram 1434 A H. According to the order issued by Home department, no motorcycle will be allowed to be plying possessing of audio/video containing provocative speeches and inciting sectarian hatred.
Pillion riding on motorcycle/ scooters provided that the ban shall not be applicable on women, children below the age of 12-years, senior citizens, disabled persons journalists, personnel of law enforcing agencies in uniform and employees of essential services and gathering of five (5) or more persons except Muharram procession/ Mujalis. In pursuance of Section 195(1)(a)Cr P C, the Police Officers are hereby authorised to register the complaints under Section 188 PPC in writing for the violation of Section 144 Cr P C against the violators of this order.
