NAB chairman backs anti-corruption efforts of JCs

In order to make anti-corruption endeavours more vigorous and robust, Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Tuesday instructed full support to all Judicial Commissions, organisations and committees, formed either on orders of the judiciary or the government.
In this context implementation of anti-corruption regime based on orders of courts and autonomous institutions was being synergized. A case in point is the composition of Judicial Commission probing CDA affairs. NAB under its prevention regime initiative is currently looking into the various projects of the CDA, including the LED lights project, the Blue Area extension programme, the Arts and Craft Village, the Park Enclave, I-15, and the BNP (Grand Hyatt Hotel Project).-PR
