The Central Leadership of Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) has decided to incorporate few national level issues in party's manifesto in order to boost the party at the country level. The committee is already working on it, Business Recorder learnt on Tuesday.
Well-informed sources familiar to this development told that Pir Syed Sibghatullah Shah Rashidi (Pir Pagara), Chief of PML-F, had constituted a sub-committee in this regard a few months ago. The sub-committee is working on its task and has sent the initial recommendations regarding the manifesto to Pir Pagara for approval, they said.
The meeting of the sub-committee was also held a few days back under the chair of President PML-F Larkana division Akber Shah Rashidi at his residence. The meeting was attended by PML-F leaders including Imtiaz Ahmed Sheikh, Senator Muzaffar Hussain Shah, Mujeeb Peerzada, Aslam Sanjrani, Dr A.M Almani, Jam Madad Ali, Eshwer Lal, Mehtab Akber Rashdi, Khair Muhammad Junejo, Farhan Essa, Gulzar Feroze, Nadeem Mirza and others. Sources said that the next meeting of this sub-committee would be convened soon to finalise the party's manifesto. Later, Pir Pagara would announce its newly rewritten manifesto through a press conference.
