Meteorological department has forecast cold and dry weather over most parts of the country with mist in plain areas of Punjab and Sindh on Thursday (today). However, thunderstorm/rain is likely to occur at one or two places of Malakand, Hazara, Rawalpindi, Quetta/ Makran divisions, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir, it added.
