Two persons recovered

The political administration of the Frontier Region (FR) Peshawar recovered two persons kidnapped over a monetary dispute and warned anti-social elements of such unlawful actions. The kidnapped persons were recovered on a tips received by Assistant Political Agent (APA), FR Peshawar, Naveed Akbar that a person namely Muslim had taken hostage two persons in Murakkhel-Ashokhel. The political administration gave a three-day notice to Muslim for the release of both hostage and resolution of the dispute through traditional Jirga of the tribal area.
On refusing to cooperate, the political administration arrested three tribal Maliks hailing from Ashokhel tribes, which was followed by the intervention of the tribal elder Malik Daudullah of Asokhel tribe and it was assured that both persons would be released and the dispute resolved on which the political administration released the tribal Maliks and in exchange both kidnapped persons identified as Farooq Nawaz and Akhtar Nawaz were also released.
The APA FR Peshawar directed Malik Daud Ashokhel for the resolution of the matter through a Jirga within a period of one week and to present a report in this regard by December 15 to him. The APA has warned that no one in FR Peshawar would be allowed to take the law into their own hands and hinted at initiating strict action against such elements.
