Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt is turning 25 on March 15, but the ‘Highway’ actress is said to be celebrating her big day far from her family in Bulgaria with her rumored beau Ranbir Kapoor.

Alia, who is currently in the cold lands of Europe shooting for Ayan Mukerji’s upcoming action-adventure ‘Brahmastra’ opposite Ranbir, will reportedly have a low key 25th birthday. A source told Mumbai Mirror, "Alia will spend her day shooting. It is a hectic schedule so she can't afford a day off but there will definitely be a celebration on set."

Not just that, her family is not flying to Bulgaria either as her mother Soni Razdan said, "No we won't be going to Bulgaria." Alia’s godfather from the industry, Karan Johar, will also not be joining the actress because he is busy preparing for a grand birthday bash for his mother Hiroo Johar, who is turning 75-years-old this March 18.

However, Alia’s rumored beau Ranbir wishes to make the day special for her. "It is Alia's 25th birthday, and so it's a landmark year in that sense. Ranbir and Ayan want to make the day special for her, especially since she is away from home. So, they have planned a huge surprise party on the sets for the actress. To add to the fun, they have a particular theme for the bash," a source revealed.
