Pakarab has termed Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited (DHCL) announcement on discontinuing of talks for the sale of DHL fertilizer plant a "violation" of memorandum of understanding (MoU). "We are indeed surprised to read the DHL letter on the KSE website, considering that DHCL has still not directly communicated this decision to us (Pakarab). Even though the letter does not state that Pakarab has been notified of this decision," said a letter sent by Pakarab to Karachi Stock Exchange.
