CJ PHC eulogises engineers' role in country's development

Chief Justice, Peshawar High Court (PHC), Justice Dost Mohammad Khan while eulogizing the dynamic role of the engineering community in the development of the country specially the KP province expressed the confidence that they would fully exploit their capabilities in combating the new challenges with a scientific approach including the rehabilitation of the damaged infrastructure caused by the recent devastating floods and controlling the loss of human and material losses in the terror incidents.
He was addressing the concluding session of the training course for engineers associated with the nation building departments arranged by the Communication and Works department at the Judicial Academy Peshawar. The ceremony was chaired by the Secretary C&W Engr Zahid Arif. Justice Dost Muhammad asked the engineers to utilize the available natural and human resources to bring the country at par with the developed nations while the government should give them an encouraging environment for the purpose. He lauded the early completion of the Judicial Academy and making it an exemplary training institution.
He also appreciated the efforts of the Secretary C&W for launching training courses under the CPD program and asked the DG Judicial Academy Justice Saleem Khan to keep the academy open for the training of engineers as well and to provide them with all the facilities availed by the junior under training judges. Engr Zahid Arif in his speech underlined the importance of the CPD courses and asked the engineers to benefit from the opportunity and to experiment in their field work for better output.
