The monetary team from the Ministry of Production visited TUSDEC (Technology Upgradation and Skills Development Company) head office here on Monday to review the PSDP (Public Sector Development Programs) being implemented by the company.
The monitory team comprised of Sr. Joint Secretary Abdul Jabbar Ali, Deputy Secretary Naseer Ahmed and Assistant Chief Planning Sadia Kanwal.The Ministerial delegation was apprised of the comprehensive progress report covering TUSDEC projects appointed as PSDP (Public Sector Development Program) initiatives.
TUSDEC Director PMU (Project Management Unit), Sadia Masood gave a briefing about the company's progress in implementing the three Light Engineering and Engineering Support Centres in Peshawar, Lasbela and Hyderabad. Presenting the details, she emphasised that government support and contribution was critical for the completion of these projects.
According to the company spokesperson, the team was also briefed about NIDA (National Institute of Design and Analysis) centres in Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Sialkot and Quetta.
