A candlelight vigil was held on Monday in the provincial metropolis to pay homage to senior ANP leader Bashir Ahmad Bilour and other martyrs of the suicide attack. The vigil was organised by 'Aman Tehreek' (Peace Movement) outside the Peshawar Press Club.
The peace movement's convener Idress Kamal spearheaded the vigil, which was participate by Rakhshanda Naz, Khadim Hussain, Mariam Bibi, student activities, and members of civil society. The participants paid rich tributes to Bashir Ahmad Bilour and other people who laid their lives for peace. "Our movement will continue till establishment of lasting peace and elimination of terrorism," they vowed.
