Three killed in various parts of Karachi

At least two persons were killed while three others sustained injuries in separate incidents of violence at various parts of the metropolis here on Wednesday. According to police and rescue sources, unidentified armed men sprayed a volley of bullets on a shop in Siddiqi Market near UP Mor and fled. Resultantly, a man died while two others sustained injuries.
The deceased was identified as Salahuddin, 50, son of Arshad, while the injured persons as Abdur Rasheed, 65, son of Mehmood and Sultan, 65, son of Raheem. The victims were the residents of Saryab Town. In another firing incident, a man namely Ahmad Ali, 35, son of Salman, was gunned down in Rexar Lane, Lyari.
Police said the motive behind the murder was yet to be ascertained while the deceased was the resident of Garden. No case was registered till filing of this report. Another man namely Ali, son of Jahanzeb, sustained bullet wounds in a firing incident in Baldia Town no 7. The victim was shifted to a hospital where doctors declared his condition stable.
