Institute of Engineers Pakistan holds 45th convention

The 45th convention of Institute of Engineers Pakistan held at Institute of Engineers Pakistan Building Karachi. Renowned engineer scientist and Father of Atomic Technology to Pakistan and Muslim World Engr Dr A Q Khan inaugurated the event. The convention was aimed at encompassing the roles of engineers in Pakistan and in international world under the ambit of engineering codes and standards assembling with the new inventions to protect the mankind.
Eminent international professors, scientist, engineers and international technologist were an Intellectual part to follow their role model, who has become immortal and deep imprints on the world of engineering and technology. Presiding over the event Dr A Q Khan said, "I would not be able to invent the atomic bomb if I would not be an engineer, I am proud to be an engineer because engineering practice clearly demarcated the laws of betterment of the mankind and real foundation of the new world."
He said "today engineers universally regarded as a symbol of science, experiment and invention", adding the foundation of Federation of Engineering Institute South Central Asia was worthy as the exchange of new ideas and information to protect the earthquakes in the world. With the last, Engr Dr A Q Khan awarded the Fellow Diploma to Engr Syed Jamshed Rizvi, Engr M Zafar Zubairi, Engr Sultan Mehmood, Engr Ayaz Mirza, Engr Sohail Bashir and Engr Farhat Adil, added with the appreciation to Organising Committee of the event to Engr Kashif Shiek, Engr Ali Naqvi and Engr M Imtiaz Khan.-PR
