The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Punjab workers are ready to join the 14th January long march from Lahore to Islamabad announced by the founder Tehrik-e- Minhaj-ul-Quran International to press for electoral reforms, In charge of MQM Lahore Zone Malik Waseem Khokhar said here on Sunday.
He said the poor people's revolution, MQM Quaid Altaf Hussain referred to become destiny of the country and no one can stop it. He said that the plunderers of poor people and hereditary feudal lords have become nervous as the feudal system and corruption are nearing an end.
He said MQM workers are mentally prepared to join the long march but are waiting for a go ahead signal from the Rabita Committee. He said that no power can stop this revolution and the exploitive feudal system is destined to be eliminated.
Earlier a delegation of the Minhaj-ul-Quran visited the MQM Head Office-Nine Zero-and extended an invitation to the MQM for participating in the march being organised by the PAT on 14th January in Islamabad for ensuring a truly neutral set up for holding free and fair general elections in the country.
