Seat adjustment: PPP to negotiate with all progressive, democratic parties

Former provincial president, PPP, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Provincial Minister for Health, Syed Zahir Ali Shah on Thursday said that negotiations for seat adjustment for upcoming general elections will be held with all democratic and progressive political parties.
He said this while addressing a news conference on the occasion of the joining of Senior ANP activists and City Councillor, Al-Hajj Shamsuddin and Sharfuddin of Anarkali Bazaar, Peshawar City. President, Peshawar City Zulfikar Afghani, General Secretary, Mohammad Akbar Khan Advocate, Malik Naseer and Malik Haroon were also present on the occasion.
Shamsuddin, who besides, City Councillor was also patron of ANP, Union Council, Shaheen Muslim Town and a former district councillor announced that he along with his friends, relatives and associates tendering resignation from his old party and joining PPP. Syed Zahir Ali Shah welcomed him into the party fold and assured him according due respect in PPP.
Speaking on the occasion, Syed Zahir Ali Shah said that he during last five years had rendered indiscriminate service of the electorates of his constituencies and attributed the joining of the large number of political activists of different parties to those efforts.
