New Archos tablets have HD, Jelly Bean

Archos has announced a series of new tablet computers. The Archos 80 Platinum has an 8-inch display with a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels while the 97 Platinum HD has a 9.7-inch screen displaying 2048 x 1536 pixels. Both tablets are available now with the 80 Platinum costing 199 dollars and the 97 Platinum HD 299 dollars.
The biggest model in the range, the 116 Platinum, will reach shops in April for a price of 349 dollars. It has an 11.6-inch display and Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels). All three tablets, run the Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) operating system, have 1.2-gigahertz quad-core processors and cameras front and back. They also have Mini-HDMI and Micro SD ports.
