Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon said that delimitation in Karachi could not be held before the elections. He said that new delimitation would be held across the country after the elections.
"Since general elections are looming, therefore, redrawing of electoral constituencies should not be carried out in hurry which is even practically possible without census in Karachi," Memon spoke to reporters here.
He claimed that PML-N Chief Nawaz Sharif is ineligible to contest elections as he has accepted money from agencies to form Islami Jamhori Ittehad (IJI) to stop Pakistan People's Party (PPP) from winning the 1990 election.
