LHC premises: steps taken to prevent rowdiness

The Police has started preventive proceedings for creating rowdiness in the Lahore High Court premises and sent the complaint to the court of Magistrate. According to details, on February 25, when court allowed a woman, Mumtaz Bibi to go with her spouse her relatives attacked her and beat her severely. The police present at the spot interfered and escorted her out of the court premises under its security.
The Police has now completed the complaint on creating a scene in the court premises and sent it to the court of Magistrate. It may be mentioned that courts premises are meant for providing security and peace to the visiting people and there is stern punishment in the law to deal with any untoward incident.
