Two Panjgur men among five dead in Karachi

At least five persons were killed in incidents of violence in the city on Sunday, police and rescue sources said. Two men identified as Mohammed Kashif, 25, and Umerdaraz, 28, were killed in a firing incident in the Marble area of Islamia Colony No1 in Orangi Town falling in the jurisdiction of Pirabad police station. The bodies were shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
Two men of Baloch origin were found dead from an abandoned spot in the Steel Town area. The deceased were later identified as Abdul Rehman, 40, and Zahid Hussain, 35. Sources said that both men belonged to Panjgur in Balochistan. Both bodies were shifted to a hospital for completion of medico-legal formalities before being placed in the Edhi morgue. Meanwhile, Mohammad Mushtaq, 35, was gunned down by unidentified attackers near Chanesar Goth in the limits of Mehmodabad police station. The body was shifted to Jinnah Post-graduate Medical Centre (JPMC). The deceased lived in Orangi Town, sources said.
